CARRIE DANIEL  is a conservatory-trained actor/singer and writer/creator based in Los Angeles, California.

Carrie studied at Oxford University, where she received her master’s degree in visual anthropology and was a member of the Oxford University Dramatic Society. She has appeared as an actor and dancer in films such as JUNEBUG and RAY, the TV Series MARRIED WITH SECRETS, and various commercials and music videos including a Super Bowl Spot choreographed by Michael Rooney and a music video featuring Ukranian pop star Svetlana Loboda.

Carrie recently started creating her own musical comedy shorts and won the AUDIENCE CHOICE AWARD at the Palm Springs International Comedy Festival in 2020 as well as a TELLY AWARD for Best Writing and Best Use of Humor for her Valentine’s Day song parody that went viral on Funny or Die. Her political #VOTE song parody went viral on YouTube during the 2020 Presidential Election. She also made waves with her viral feminist song parody, inspired by the #MeToo movement, and was interviewed by various media/TV outlets.

Carrie has enjoyed dancing since childhood, which is how she got into acting and singing to begin with. When she’s not on a stage, on a set, or laboring away on her laptop, you can find her having spontaneous dance parties, taking impromptu trips abroad, mentoring kids, and aligning people’s chakras (hey, it’s LA).
